How to prevent anxiety when drinking
So I enjoy drinking a bit occassionaly, nothing much, 2-3 drinks. The problem is my tolerance is really bad even after years of drinking, I get wasted with the minimal amount of alcohol. Tonight I had a beer and 3 shots of vodka ( over the course of 3 hours) , something that would get an average person tipsy,but I got absolutely hammered, saw my childhood friend and questioned her about everything in her life, started arguing with some randos, then started arguing with my best friend and now Im convinced ive made a complete fool of myself in front of everyone. Even if my friend said I wasn’t bad at all I still feel some anxiety right now about the way i behaved and I know it’s gonna be even worse in the morning. The question is how do I convince myself I didn’t behave like a total drunktard i thought i did but rather i acted normal as my friend had said. I’ve never experienced alcohol induced anxiety until like three months ago and since then it has been a common occurence…
