Any reason for sudden lower tolerance for alcohol?

29 male 6 ft 220lbs. I used to be able to kill a 750 of Tito’s with my buddy and be somewhat fine. For the last few months i feel like I’ve been getting noticeably drunk off a few lite beers. I’ve lost weight recently like 10 pounds but I cant imagine that’s why.
