More effect? *Fitting title?*

English is not my first language and google doesn’t understand what I mean so here I am.

Having a discussion with my friend about if you’d get more effect from a smaller 5.5% than a larger 5.5% and we’re a little confused tbh.

We know the halt of the alcohol would be higher in the larger one but so would the non-alcoholic stuff be so wouldn’t it be more ’spread out’? We’re new to this, thankful for any help.
