Would I die or be harmed if I did a 24 hour drunk challenge?

Basically how the challenge works is u have to drink 3 natty daddy’s (8% cans) at midnight and then every other hour u have to drink another until 24 full hours pass.

Would I seriously harm my liver or die if I did this?
