Drink question

Last night I went to dinner at red Robin and I got the drink called spiked strawberry shortcake. And it was 10 out of 10. So it had Tito’s, strawberries, pineapple juice and then cupcake flavoring topped with whip cream and a cherry. And this is like one of the more non-simple drinks I’ve ordered. So I was wondering if anybody could tell me what they mean by cupcake flavoring. Because I know there are like different mix things you can get for drinks but I don’t know if they used like coffee syrup or if there’s some special cupcake flavoring specifically for drinks?
