Really bad hangovers (vomiting) from drinking small amounts of alcohol.

I’m 23 years old and over the last year I suddenly developed some sort of alcohol intolerance. I usually drink some wine, or a mixture of cola/wodka. Most of the time it begins with me feeling really bloated. Before I drink I will eat enough, and over the course of the night I also drink water. But even with everything I tried I still wake up at 6 a.m feeling bad and then throwing up two hours later. After that I usually feel better. Even when I eat before going to bed I still feel bad when I wake up.

I don’t get it, it’s really frustrating because I like to drink when going to a club. But the fear of feeling really terrible for 3 hours and then throwing up really destroys my mood.

It doesn’t even feel like my body has anything to feel terrible for, yet I still get sick. Even if I just have a couple of drinks. I don’t even get drunk anymore, and still I get this neausea.

Does it have something to do with the kinds of drinks I am drinking? What can I try to prevent this neausea/vomiting? I really miss drinking carefree. I’m thankful for every advice
