Red face, am I okay?

I am 32, M, White. Lately when I drink, my face and neck go deep red. Usually when I’m more drunk, and it’s sometimes accompanied by stomach bloating and (what I would assume is) acid reflux. For reference I’m in shape (170lb 5’11”)

I can’t typically tell until my wife asks if I’m okay. She’s now getting worried and saying I should fully stop drinking.

Anyone know anything? Tips? Please help if you can.
