Giddy Up Pony

This spicy cocktail from Ponyboy in Brooklyn, NY, uses both tequila and mezcal, as well as a bit of green Chartreuse.

Keyword agave, Green Chartreuse, lemon, mezcal, tequila

1 oz. Cazadores tequila½ oz. Agave½ oz. Ilegal mezcal½ oz. Green Chartreuse½ oz. Lemon juice5 dashes Jalapeno tincture

Combine ingredients.

Shake with ice.

Strain into cocktail coupe.
