Any recommendations for good tasting wine for an inexperienced drinker?

It’s Valentine’s Day my s/o and I are 1K+ miles apart. Tonight we want to eat pizza while he gets high and I drink some wine. I’d like to be recommended something sweet tasting! Please keep in mind I don’t want to blow the bank, I just turned 21 and I just want something that tastes nice and will get me feeling loosey-goosey , and I’m going to order it via doordash. Any ideas?
