Tingling in hands and feet

So I drank quite a bit yesterday and had a horrible hangover today had to go to the er couldn’t even hold down water. Now my hands and feet are tingling. Mainly my hands. Little spot on my face is tingly and my lips and eyes are twitching. I’ve barely eaten today and I’ve laid in bed all day. I called a nurse line she said a stroke and to go to the er but this has happened before when I’m hungover just not this bad. I’ve also never had a hangover this bad. Anyone know how to get rid of this or what it could be??
