When is it safe to drink again after relatively heavy painkiller use?

I’ve been taking aspirin daily since my surgery 3 weeks ago as instructed by my doctor and will probably continue for a week or so. I also took hydrocodone a couple times a day at first, then transitioned to 500-2000mg Tylenol daily, and am now down to 500mg Tylenol every few days as needed. Once I’m completely done taking all these painkillers, how long should I wait to drink alcohol again? I’m a relatively small female and would prefer to play it safe for the sake of my liver but am also wondering when I can start planning to go out again or at least get a drink with dinner.
