Mulled wine (“glögg” in Swedish) is a must have on Christmas in Sweden, as well as in some other countries around Europe. Glögg is often served warm with raisins and almonds added to it. It has a sweet taste of cinnamon, some citrus, ginger, nutmeg and red wine or rum. It’s an amazing beverage to start off the Christmas celebrations. Highly underrated!
