Is it healthier to spread out drinks throughout the week?
I recently noticed that I’m feeling less healthy throughout the week, so i want to be more responsible with alcohol. I find it hard to not drink at social events where everyone drinks, so i was looking for an alternative.
I currently drink around 30 drinks (mostly beer) a week. Half of those drinks go down on saturday and the other half are on thursday and friday. I was wondering if it would be healthier to drink the same amount, but spreaded across the week. Thanks in advance
