alcohol ruined me and i don’t touch it anymore

alcohol has ruined me in so many ways and has hurt the people i love, and myself. so i don’t touch it anymore. gotten sober before and relapsed of course, it happens. i have had my fun and now it is over. anyone who struggling with it, you can stop. you can. i have faith in you. i’ve had enough of the hospitalizations, arrests, hangovers, arguments, self harm, pain, guilt, shame and tears. kudos.
