My face looks more clear and almost pale after a night of heavy drinking.?

I have bad acne scarring but it seems like the day after I get (almost) blackout drunk, my face is clear of redness and it’s almost radiating from its paleness. I enjoy that part, makes dealing with a hangover more acceptable. Lol
