Can some people describe what blacking put on alcohol is like for them cause I get so fucked I don’t even think I can drink alcohol

When I drink most of the time I can handle my self by out of nowhere I can black out and do really regrettable things like trying to fight family or friends or jumping out my damn window get hurt a lot and have woke up detained drunk and violent
