Serotonin syndrome from 5htp??

Hey guys! I’m going to keep this short because I’m very worried, so here is the story.

I took 200mg of 5htp today at 12 o’clock (5 hours ago) to help with my serotonin production because I was feeling down. At 5pm bought a 0,75l/25 oz bottle of 21% cocktail mix alcohol and began drinking straight away. After drinking 1/3 of the bottle a remembered that I had taken the 5th pills today and panicked.

I have read online that you should wait at least 6 hours between 5htp and drinking, or you may get serotonin syndrome and die.

Now I’m probably overreacting, but if anyone here has experienced serotonin syndrome from mixing alcohol and 5htp or just knows about this subject could you please tell me: am I in serious danger here? Any comments and answers would be much appreciated!!
