How poisoned am I

I drank about half a bottle of Smirnoff and I feel like I’m dying bro

For reference, Im 5″2/125lb, have a kidney disease, and also have GERD

Didnt mean to drink that much but now Ive vomited 7 times in 3 hours (mostly bile, when I try to drink water after throwing up I just throw it up again). Im also hella shivering/cold even with blankets, but also profusely sweating. The nauseua is not getting better at all and Im running out of bile to throw up and am at the point of dry heaving. Should I go to the ER or smth? I have work in 3 hours kms
